The importance of exercise.

I went indoor rock climbing yesterday.

Today, I hiked: Over 19000 steps and elevation of 100 floors.

I came home with a lot of energy, exhaustion and not desire to practice. I took care of a lot of chores I usually procrastinate on: emails, taking care of businesses like insurance, organizations, etc. I waited until the very last minute to tape the 35th day of my 100-day practice challenge. And then…a revelation! Boom, here it is.
